| I
like to get a lot of contrast in my paintings. Dark
shadows next to sunlit shapes. Rim lighting is one of
my favorites, almost directly into the sun. A variety
of subject matter also appeals to me. I enjoy painting
in the great outdoors. Although some of my work is done
in studio, there is a certain seductiveness in having
the scene right in front of you. |
