All products sold are with one year warranty. If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of the delivery date, email us at artworkessentials@gmail.com, we will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
NOTE: We will not accept returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned to the order.
If you return a package without having been assigned a RAN the package will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility.
The returned product must be in new and unused (resalable) condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
Shipping cost is not refundable.
Restocking Fees: Products returned after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fees on returned merchandise and the customer will be responsible for any applicable restocking fee on the return of items that are not damaged or defective. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please email us before the order is shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new complete unit for replacement. We will include a pre-paid returning shipping label for you to return the defective product to us at our cost.
Order Cancellation.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email or call us as soon as possible. If we are able to cancel the order before the merchandise is shipped there will be no penalty or charge. We will do all that we can to stop the item from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If the order is shipped before we are able to cancel the order, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees (see above).
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. In this circumstance, you will be notified promptly and you will be given an explanation for the cancellation.
